You don't need to see the first one, since they have absolutely nothing to do with one another. There used to be a whole documentary on Netflix about Troll 2 and how it became the best worst movie ever made. The actor who plays the mom in that movie has such a sad life; she sits around her tiny apartment by herself wearing felt cat shirts and just waiting for her next big role to come along--it reminds me of the mom's story in requiem for a dream, except with a super shitty life-ruining movie, instead of drugs.
I kind of can't believe you haven't even heard of that movie--you should definitely check it out.

I don't really watch a lot of movies. I've seen it around on Netflix I think. Now I just want to watch requiem for a dream. That's a nice feel-good movie

Here's my quick-n-dirty list of favorite horror movies. A lot All of them aren't even scurry and some are boooarderline horror genre but yay here's a list of movies I'm sure you guys have already seen!
28 Days Later House of 1000 Corpses Devils Rejects The Exorcist The Shining Pet Semetary Halloween (the original. Rob Zombie's amazeballs but... no...) The Evil Dead (original, though the remake was ok) Resident Evil (ALL OF THEM) The Crow (watching this makes me feel like I'm in high school again <3) Silence of the Lambs (don't really consider it horror but I STILL LOVE IT) Battle Royale The Ninth Gate The Human Centipede (lol)
