Is that what it told you? For real? Jeez. Whoever runs this cat-forsaken place better get his shit together and figure out how to edit permissions better and stop getting confused at all the menus and things that the administration panel presents. -_-

Edit: You can probably upload them to another hosting site and then link them on here with good old html.... That's what we had to do on another forum that I'm a member of that I'm pretty sure uses the same forum hosting site.
