Brio do you possibly have the books for this already?
I don't know if I've ever wanted to play anything so badly.

I've got the books. They're stored at my sister's house but I can retrieve them. The 1st ed is by far the best.

Honestly, it's a monster of a game. I love it.

I've been asking myself the same question. Is it something we did?

For anyone interested, be thinking about your character. The opening scene takes place at an art gallery in London, at an exhibit of the works of a controversial artist who disappeared several years ago and is now presumed dead. His estate recently agreed to allow the public to view these never-before-seen works of art.

Who are you and why are you at the art gallery? Some ideas might be:

1. Artist
2. Art student.
3. Security guard working the exhibit.
4. Caterer or wait-staff hired to work the exhibit.
5. Someone who brought a date here to impress him or her.
6. Journalist covering opening night of the exhibit.
7. Art critic who runs an art blog.
8. Buyer for a gallery or private client.
9. Friend of a gallery employee who scored free tickets and has nothing better to do.
10. Die hard fan of the artist in question.
11. Wealthy art connoisseur looking to buy new art
12. Gold-digger looking to hook up with a wealthy art connoisseur
13. Footie-fan who ducked into the gallery when it started to rain during a post-game pub crawl.

You get the idea. Keep in mind you don't need to be artsy at all. Just need to have a reason to have wandered in to this exhibit.

Asked John again and he's definitely interested. I'm downloading a bunch of the books right now. One of them says it's 1st edition, dunno about the others.

I don't think it should be too spoiler-y. I was reading up on the character archetypes n junk. This is the correct edition, right Brio?

I see plenty that can be spoilery. Of course, my group used to not even know what we were playing until we were well into a campaign. But we put narrative and character development above competition.

Except Rich, of course.

Do you want us to make character sheets or just wing it? I've never done anything like this online before. Whatevs you wanna do madam game master.

You're welcome to make character sheets, though it may be a good idea to simplify some things for the sake of an online environment. We'll need to see how that goes.

Yeah I have no idea how to do that. Will you be rolling for us? I'm ok with that of it makes things smoother, dunno what everybody else would prefer.
That and keeping track of positioning in combat situations could be tricky.

Hokay. Just gonna dump some personality all over the floor here.

Cassidy Whelan. Female in her early thirties. Originally from some shithole town in Northern Ireland. Came to whatever city we're in to pursue her dream of becoming a world-renowned journalist but instead she's a columnist for some trashy celebrity gossip magazine. Long curly orange-blonde hair, freckles, hazel eyes, proud owner of chronic bitch face. Slightly above average height and a little overweight. Her passions in life include getting into arguments, minor shoplifting and crocheting. Pretty useless in any sort of fighting scenario, other than some hunting experience if that counts.

She's at the art gallery following some famous asshole around for work, who could be another player character if anybody's interested. I'll actually flesh out a real character sheet n'junk after work tomorrow. Just wanted to get the ball rollin'.

How's this for a character sheet? I figured I'd make a table or something to post on here.

Don't 100% know what I'm looking at here. I'm guessing the two cells with the MFC, SCR, LW, etc are for weapons?
