I'll start-
Provisioning and clothing (so far have 3+ traits researched on a few medium armor items, will eventually branch out into light armor)

Woodworking and Snape-style potion mastery here. I have 3+ traits researched on almost every staff, and the bow, and am researching my third for the shield right now. I can three-reagent potion-craft, and every potion makes three potions because I am a veritable god of chemistry sets and flower-picking.

I'm doing blacksmithing with a focus on 2h weapons, 1h swords, and chest armor. I just started research for 2nd trait on each previously mentioned item besides 1h swords and 2h axes.

I'm doing all craftings but alchemy seems like a little bit incomplete in ESO, like, there are potions damage YOUR health. You can't put in on your weapon to harm others but just drink it yourself and got hurt. I don't see the point here.
As for provision, it takes too much space so I focus on creating increase max health food now.
And others are all fun. I will get all the traits someday.

I think the point of the negative affects of the potions is to balance the reagents, so you can't create insanely powerful concoctions, and you have to be a bit strategic about it. Positive effects balance the negative ones, like a potion with two ravage healths and one restore health buff (with three reagent crafting) cancel one another out, so you're just left with whatever other matching buffs you had on the mixture.

I understand your ponit but I was not talking about the negative effects, I was talking about the poisonous potion.
You can make potions with side effect in Skyrim right? You drink it and you got healed at the same time damaged magica for example. But you also got things can be applied to enemies but also benefit them somehow.
But in ESO if you create a potion "savage health" (with no other effects) you don't use it on others but on yourself. So the only choice you do with it is suicide...no, selling.
I think using the poison on enemies are great idea so it's a pity they don't use it in ESO. I hope they will make it in the future.

Yeah, I agree. I really hope they add poisons eventually. It would add even more depth to the game.

I betcha poisons get added in with the Thieves guild and Dark Brotherhood.

I confess I miss making a potion out of one of those deadly apples in oblivion.

And I'm a blacksmith and woodworker. I even set up a shop in the armoury ^_^

Anybody find any daedric/primal/etc motifs yet?
