Gears of a Mad God, though it's slow going what with ESO taking up every spare minute of my life. I'm reduced to reading from work on those days I can't play from work, and on the toilet. ESO has made me its slave.

it's a steampunk cthulhu mythos novella. It's okay so far. It's an indy book and I didn't set my expectations too high, but so far the writing is solid and the plot engaging. It's more character oriented and less atmospheric than Lovecraft's stories. I prefer my cosmic horror to be cosmic, but still, it's free for kindle so hey.

It sounds interesting. I have a penchant for steampunk and Lovecraft. I should post photos from the steampunk party my former roommate and I hosted a while back... Do you like board games at all? If so, I'd highly recommend Eldritch Horror.

I'm on the third book of the Dresden Files right now. That series is so fantastic (brdandon turned me on to them, if he ever signs up on the forum like he keeps telling me he will). However, like most of you, it's going much slower now.....

I've read all the Dresden Files books to date. Awaiting the May release of Skin Game, which I'm sure I'll be reading very slowly.

A series hasn't really hooked my like they did since probably William Gibson's Sprawl trilogy. John Dies at the End was also really hard to put down though too.

I'm reading The Black Magician series right now. It's pretty alright. After that I'm gonna finish the Illuminatus! Trilogy. Gears of a Mad God sounds really good.

Already so many of you have named books and authors I'm fond of. It warms the cockles of my heart. You're a bunch of cockle-warmers, you are.

Recently finished The Magical Universe of William S Burroughs. Which was fabulous, by the way. Can't decide what to read next. Suggestions?
